CASE STUDY - CDHP PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

Envisioned and implemented CDHP programs at Lumenos. Lumenos was a venture-funded
pioneer in the field of consumer driven health plans, one of the first companies to offer
Health Savings Account (HSAs), Health Reimbursement Account (HRAs) and Health Incentive
Accounts(HIAs). Lumenos was acquired by WellPoint in 2005. Systems included - Award
winning Web Site powered by proprietary content management system; Siebel to support
Customer Service, Sales Force Automation; Proprietary Account Management and Claims
Adjudication engine; Proprietary data warehouse; and a Centralized Data synchronization
engine.
